Skullcandy earbuds are not hard to reset. But before doing that, you should know when it is a good idea to do so. I reset my earbuds whenever there’s an inexplicable connection problem. Here’s how to reset your Skullcandy wireless earbuds just the way I do:
- Make sure your earbuds are not paired with any other device.
- If they’re paired, remove the pairing, and proceed. How to do that? Simply turn them off.
- Power off your earbuds by pressing the power button.
- After that, hold the power button plus the volume up for about 5 to 10 seconds until they’re turned on again.
- When they turn on again, they’ll be reset anew to be paired again.
That’s the general way of resetting your earbuds. There are at least 5 different types of Skullcandy buds. I’ll address them separately so that you won’t curse me afterward because the general method I shared didn’t work.
